On October 16-19, Baku will host the European Championships in “TeamGym” for the first time. This is a truly spectacular team competition, which includes performances on three apparatus at the same time. Participants will demonstrate their skills on Floor, Tumble & Trampet (Mini Trampoline). The best teams of the “Old World” will come to the capital of Azerbaijan, where they will determine the winners of the European Championships in “TeamGym”, which will be held at “Milli Gimnastika Arenasi” (National Gymnastics Arena). Spectators will get indescribable emotions, watching this young and flourishing discipline for the first time. It began to develop in Azerbaijan in 2018. Today we have both professional athletes and Judges in this Gymnastics discipline. For winning, you need well-organized teamwork, individual abilities and techniques for performing various elements as well. The winner of this event is the one who is the most stable and physically prepared. We invite you to enjoy this sports festival, a real struggle for top places, a bright competitive element that captivates the audience with its unpredictability & beauty. Representatives of fourteen countries have already applied to participate in the European Championships. Athletes from the Czechia, Denmark, Austria, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, and, of course, home team will perform in “Milli Gimnastika Arenasi”. A total of 498 (268 Seniors / 230 Juniors) athletes will come to Baku. 28 judges will evaluate the performances of real masters of their craft. Don’t miss the chance to be a part of this spectacle.
